New "In Focus" published by the Congressional Research Service, on the "Military Applications of Extended Reality". (January 4, 2022). This paper, signed by Kelley M. Sayler (Analyst in Advanced Technology and Global Security) reminds us what the definition of "extended reality" (or XR) is:
XR = Virtual Reality (VR) + Augmented Reality (AR) + Mixed Reality (MR).
